Mark as Useful They call claiming to be from Publishers clearing house , saying you are a semi final, its a scam to get my info, they asked me for my other phone numbers verified my address and age but when asked what was their phone number they hang up.
They need to be investigated by the proper authorities.

Mark as Useful Another number used by Portfolio Recovery. We now have about 20 different numbers they use to call us. Our phone probably rings about 7 hours during the legal times they can call.
